The Lodges at Kimberley Ridge NES2319

The Strata is made up of four (4) buildings, with 12 units in each building, for a total of 48 units. There are three (3) stories in each building.

The buildings were built starting in 2011. The Construction type is wood.

The buildings have a temperature monitoring system, called Pelican, the system monitors the temperature in the Units, as well as the Mechanical Rooms. this is to avoid frozen pips in the winter.

Council Structure: Council is made up of a maximum of 7 council members.
